to Use Your Gift Certificate |
There are two ways to use your Treasures of Light gift certificate:
* Apply Certificate to Your Purchase Amount
When you check out your shopping cart, please enter the Serial Number
printed in the upper right-hand corner of your gift certificate, under
Special Instructions on the PayPal®
checkout window. When we ship your merchandise, we will send you a rebate check for the dollar amount of the gift certificate.
If you are ordering by telephone, call our toll-free number, 1-888-GLASS-50, and provide the Serial Number
from your gift certificate. The dollar amount will be deducted from your total before we charge your credit card.
* Pay for Entire Purchase with Certificate
If the dollar amount of your gift certificate covers your entire purchase including shipping (and sales tax, for PA and MD residents only), you do not need to wait for a rebate check. Instead, gather all your purchases in your shopping cart and jot down the Stock Numbers and Item Descriptions.
Then click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page, and choose "Non-PayPal Special Order" as the subject line. You can also call in your order toll-free, at 1-888-GLASS-50.
Please include the following required information:
- The "Serial Number" on your gift certificate
- Full shipping address with zip code (or postal code) and telephone number
- Quantity and stock number of each item
- For Made-to-Order menu selections, include any color or design variations you want.
We will e-mail you as soon as your order is shipped. If the gift certificate amount exceeds your total purchase, we will include a rebate check with your merchandise. |
